xSuite Group has released version 5.2.14 of its SAP-integrated Business Solutions. The release delivers new features for the components xSuite Invoice, xSuite Procurement, xSuite Order Confirmation, and xSuite Orders. Key focus is on processing purchase order-related invoices (SAP MM) with the goal of achieving a 100% touchless rate across the entire invoice workflow. The workflow suite also introduces expanded AI functionalities.

The Invoice Workflow and Supplier Portal products from xSuite Group are already being provided via the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Moreover, the software manufacturer’s xSuite Invoice has now been cleared for the new SAP Clean Core certification, making it the first solution of its kind to do so. This underscores the strong commitment of xSuite to implementing clean core strategies and facilitating future-proof migrations to SAP S/4HANA.

Matthias Lemenkühler (55), former CEO and Spokesman of the Management Board, will therefore concentrate on the technological development of xSuite software solutions as CPTO (Chief Product & Technology Officer) with immediate effect. Dr. Haiko van Lengen (52), previously CEO of Diamant Software, has taken over the position of CEO and Spokesman of the Management Board as of September 16, 2024.

Michael Mayr (52) has taken on the newly established role of Head of Global Marketing at the xSuite Group as of 1 June 2024. The marketing expert will strengthen the German software manufacturer's team with his in-depth knowledge of the B2B software business on an international scale, including direct sales, channel sales and services.

The xSuite Group has developed a new SAP ILM add-on for its electronic archive. The solution was certified by SAP in March for the use of the SAP WebDAV storage interface. The background: Many of SAP's major customers using xSuite solutions use the SAP ILM, which automatically locks and deletes personal data in SAP, to ensure GDPR compliancy. Now they have the SAP-certified archive solution "xSuite Archive Prism WebDAV for SAP ILM" for use.

Thanks to electronic workflows and document management, xSuite Group customers are already saving tons of paper each year. But the software producer wants to do more. So, in January 2022, it launched the “Reforesting to Protect the Environment and the Climate” project in cooperation with the international non-profit Trees for the Future.

The new version offers SAP user companies more functionalities for artificial intelligence, S/4HANA and Fiori. xSuite Business Solutions Cube are the SAP-only solutions for on-premises operation of xSuite. They consist of components for procurement, processing of incoming invoices and orders, automatic matching of order confirmations and purchase orders.

Electronic invoices are on the rise internationally. In response, the xSuite Group has expanded its portfolio of solutions and developed a component that can process invoices with all common formats and standards worldwide – XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0, Factur-X and InvoiceNow. More will soon be accommodated.
